Moms Fitness Series

We offer two different types of classes just for moms. As a mom it is important to look after your health and wellness through all stages of motherhood. We have created two different mom programs so no matter what stage of motherhood there is a class for you. Throughout all the programs there is a strong community of strong mamas to support, encourage, and motivate each other.

Which program is right for you?

1. Strong Mamas Club

This program is designed specifically for pregnant and newly postpartum moms with babies 0-5 months. Your babies are welcome. We will help you improve energy levels, build muscles/strength, repair deep core connection, and overall wellness through low impact and low intensity but with high results. This program will be a strong community of strong mamas who support each other from pregnancy to the start of your motherhood journey.

Classes are Mondays and Wednesdays at 9:30am-10:30am at the tent on the Factory side

2. Power Moms Bootcamp

This is a bootcamp style program that is 7 weeks long for moms looking to build strength, endurance, and community, while having accountability. It will be 60 mins of high intensity with combined styles of workouts to promote strength, cardio, and weight loss. Make time for yourself to feel good from the inside and out through your busy life.
