October is Breast Cancer Awareness month. Trainers JJ and Kathy would love for you to join them in a Couch to 5K Walk Challenge in honor of those affected by Cancer. We will meet on the Factory side on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 12:00pm in October and go on progressively longer walks to build up to a 5K (3.1 mile) distance by the end of October. Bring a water bottle, wear supportive shoes and bring a hat, sunglasses and/or sunscreen. This is a free activity however any donations to our Cancer WellFit Program are appreciated. Please stop by either front desk and fill out your "I'm walking in Honor of:" form.

We have amazing programs that are just for Moms that can help be a great way to stay accountable during the holiday season! It doesn't matter if you are pregnant, just getting back into working out, or want to feel better overall…we have the perfect program for you. Read below what program fits perfectly for you. Plus the best part is your first class is free so come check it out.

    -FREE for members & available to non-members at a drop-in or monthly rate

  3. Power Women's Bootcamp - High-Intensity Workouts
    -Next Bootcamp: October 24th-December 14th

Stroller Class

Stroller Fit Club is an outdoor stroller-based fitness program. We use resistance bands, body weight, and cardio to give you a fun, full-body workout! The workouts are designed to get moms feeling strong and fit while keeping the kids entertained through songs and games. Moms need to be strong in every aspect of life and physical strength is no exception. Our instructors understand that everybody is different, especially after childbirth, and are skilled in giving you the best workouts possible while also meeting your individual needs. This program promotes accountability, and routine and it is about encouraging and motivating each other through all stages of motherhood.

FAQ:
Q: How old does my child need to be to attend?
A: Any age! This class is designed for babies- preschoolers but any age is welcome to join!

Q: What if my child won't stay in the stroller? Or is too big for a stroller?
A: Sitting for an hour can be tough for anyone, but mom needs her workout so we make it fun! We incorporate games, songs, and music to keep little ones engaged and entertained. We recommend bringing snacks, water, and a few toys for your little ones. Our instructors are also there to lend a helping hand so mom can focus on her workout!
If your child is too big for a stroller they are welcome to scooter, ride a bike or jog alongside and join in our workout!

Q: What do I need for classes?
A: Jogging stroller, water bottle, and yoga mat.

Q: Do I need to sign up before I go?
A: No reservation is required. We do encourage members to enroll themselves but it's not necessary.

Q: Do I need to be a Paso Robles Sports Club member to join? How much is it?
A: Stroller Fit is for anyone! Our class is free for members. Non-members have a monthly or drop-in rate.

Q: When is it?
A: Classes are Mondays and Wednesdays at Barney Schwartz. We meet by the flagpole. Classes start promptly at 10:30 am and end at 11:30 am
