5 week workshop

Saturdays, February 4th-March 4th   

10-11:30am

In the 5 weeks we will work on strength, flexibility, jumps, and kicks. Each student will go home with a weekly workout for strength and flexibility. There will be a short routine taught and a mock tryout at the end of thesession.
