Philosophy

The Paso Robles Sports Club fitness philosophy is goal oriented, individualized, uses efficient training to focus on the needs of each unique person, and designed to find passion in life long fitness.


  • Facilities

    Beautiful indoor air-conditioned facilities featuring state-of-the-art Matrix equipment including G3 integrated, incremental weighted stations, a Functional Trainer for multi-movement training and free weight area with adjustable benches, plate loaded bars and dumbbells. We also have all the core and dynamic training equipment necessary to build a strong, healthy and beautiful body such as physio and medicine balls, straps, balance equipment and much, much more. Our cardio area features treadmills, elliptical cross trainers, and both recumbent and upright bikes.
