Jennifer Johnson (aka. J.J.) has been a NSCA Certified Personal Trainer since 2007. In 2008, she began her Pilates journey through STOTT Pilates on the reformer. J.J. fell in love with the way she could empower others to take charge of their health and fitness by learning to move from the inside out.
Having children gave her an even greater understanding of what the body can go through and still come back! J.J.'s favorite part of teaching pilates is when muscles begin to find balance and a person is free from the pain that poor posture/body mechanics can cause.
